Bokaro Police got a big success in Shankar Ravani murder case. The police arrested five accused including Raju Dubey, the main accused in the murder case, and sent them to jail.
The above information was given by Bokaro Superintendent of Police Pujya Prakash through a press conference at Harla police station.
It may be noted that on July 18, at around 8.30 am, Shankar Rawani, a resident of village Mahuar, was shot by unknown criminals in front of the BJP office located at Hatiya Mor in Harla police station area. As soon as Harla police station got information about this, the patrol team reached the spot and immediately with the help of the people present there, Shankar Ravani was taken to BGH. Where during treatment the doctors declared Shankar Ravani dead.
Bokaro SP Pujya Prakash formed an SIT team under the leadership of Deputy Superintendent of Police, City Alok Ranjan Bokaro to unravel the scandal. In which Police Inspector cum police station in-charge Harla. Police Inspector cum station in-charge B.S.City, Police Inspector cum station in-charge Balidih, Police Inspector cum station in-charge Sector-12. Police Inspector cum station in-charge Chas, Police Inspector cum station in-charge Sector 4 police station and other sharp police officers/personnel and technical team were included.
As part of the investigation into the case, raids were conducted continuously at various possible locations on the basis of technical evidence and human information. Under the direction of the Superintendent of Police, through continuous raids and police raids, the main conspirators of the case, Rajendra Dubey alias Raju Dubey, Ashok Singh alias Ashok Samrat were duly arrested.
During interrogation of the arrested accused Raju Dubey, it was told that this incident took place in Ash Pond in order to maintain the control of supremacy, he conspired with Ashok Samrat and got his rival Shankar Ravani shot dead with the help of shooters. To carry out this incident, Parikshit Singh alias Raja, Shyam Kumar Rawani and Amit Kumar of village Mahuar were engaged by Raju Dubey to do Reiki for the last few days. As per the information given by Raju Dubey, the three accused involved in the above mentioned recce were arrested. On the investigation of Ashok Samrat, information about the place of stay of criminals etc. was obtained and TVS Apache motorcycle, car Beat of Chevrolet company etc. used in this case were recovered and continuous raids are being conducted against other absconding accused.
