District level workshop organized by District Legal Services Authority Bokaro on “Motor Vehicle Accident Claims Tribunal”

As per the instructions of National Legal Services Authority, New Delhi and Jharkhand State Legal Services Authority, Ranchi, District Legal Services Authority Bokaro organized a district level workshop on the topic “Motor Vehicle Accident Claims Tribunal” on Saturday at Nyaya Sadan Bokaro.
The program was inaugurated by Chief Justice, Family Court Bokaro Arvind Kumar, District and Additional Sessions Judge First Bokaro Pawan Kumar, Civil Surgeon Dr. Abhay Bhushan Prasad and Chief of LADCS Bokaro Anand Vardhan by jointly lighting the lamp.
Chief Judicial Magistrate Bokaro Divya Mishra, Secretary of District Legal Services Authority Bokaro, judicial officers, advocates, officials of government departments and police, employees and PLVs were present in the workshop. The objective of the program was to make the settlement of cases related to motor vehicle accidents and the claims process more effective.
