Bokaro: In a significant administrative development, three officers of the Bokaro Police Nawal Kishore Singh, Mukesh Pandey, and Rupendra Kumar Rana have been promoted to the rank of Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP). The official announcement was followed by a formal “Peeping Ceremony” organized today at the Bokaro SP office.

 

Superintendent of Police (SP) Harvinder Singh personally congratulated the newly promoted officers during the event. As part of the tradition, SP Singh, along with other senior officers, affixed the DSP rank insignia (stars and badges) onto the uniforms of the promoted officers.

The ceremony was attended by several senior officials, including City DSP Alok Ranjan, Chas SDPO Praveen Kumar Singh, Bermo SDPO B. N. Singh, and Headquarters DSP Animesh Gupta. The officers praised the dedication and service of the newly promoted DSPs and expressed confidence that they would continue to perform their duties with the same zeal and integrity.

 

Other members of the police force were also present during the event, which concluded with group photographs and an exchange of congratulations among colleagues.

 

This promotion is seen as a step forward in strengthening the leadership structure within the Bokaro Police and enhancing the department’s operational efficiency.
