The bail granted to Chief Minister Hemant Soren from Jharkhand High Court will remain intact. Hearing was held in the Supreme Court on Monday on ED’s petition seeking cancellation of the bail granted by the High Court. During the hearing, the top court has refused to interfere in the bail order given to Hemant Soren by the Jharkhand High Court.
Chief Minister Hemant Soren has got a big relief from this order of the Supreme Court. The court has executed the ED’s petition. The ED petition was heard in the division bench of Supreme Court judges Justice BR Gavai and Justice KV Vishwanathan. In fact, the order of Jharkhand High Court of June 28 has been challenged in the Supreme Court, in which CM Hemant Soren has been provided bail facility with certain conditions. The top court said that there is no error in the order given by the High Court and there is no need to interfere in it.
