Hemant Soren made a big change, direct entry of CBI and ED closed

Now CBI and ED cannot make direct entry in Jharkhand. Taking important decisions in this context, Jharkhand Government has made changes in the Executive Rules. The central investigating agency cannot take action directly without the permission of the state government. Hemant government has made this provision by making major changes in the Jharkhand Executive Rules 2000. While approving this proposal in the Cabinet meeting, the Cabinet approved to include the matters related to all the central agencies except the matters under Section 5 and 6 of the DSP Act as the responsibility of Jharkhand.

Let us tell you that before Jharkhand, Mamata Banerjee had directly banned the entry of CBI and ED in West Bengal. Political debate has started after this change.

BJP leader Pradeep Sinha told the media that this decision is like putting a shackle on the feet of the central agency. This decision would be like promoting corrupt government employees. JMM spokesperson Manoj Pandey told the media that how the central agency works is no longer hidden from anyone. Innocent CM Hemant Soren had to stay in jail for five months. Even the court has commented on this. Central agency is being misused in Jharkhand.
