A serious incident took place late night at RIMS Hospital (Ranchi Institute of Medical Sciences), Ranchi, when there was a fierce fight between Home Guard soldiers and the doctors of the hospital. More than a dozen people have been injured in this violent clash. Both the parties have lodged an FIR in Bariatu police station regarding the matter. Police said that a case has been registered against a total of 20 people, which include 10 doctors and 10 home guard personnel.
According to the information received, this dispute started when the Home Gu ard jawans asked a doctor to show his identity card. The dispute escalated so much that people from both the sides clashed with each other and fighting started. RIMS hospital has been in controversies earlier also due to such incidents, but this time this clash took place between the Home Guards deployed for security and the doctors.
Confirming the matter, the police of Bariatu police station said that FIR has been lodged by both the parties and the police has started investigating the incident. Considering the seriousness of the matter, the police has started an in-depth investigation of the entire incident.
