Bokaro: A major illegal renting scam involving BSL (Bokaro Steel Limited) quarters has been uncovered during a surprise inspection. The scam allegedly involves Ashok Kumar Mishra, the son of a BSL employee, who has been illegally renting out over 100 BSL quarters for personal financial gain.
Ashok Kumar Mishra resides at Quarter No. 3001 in Sector 12/B and has been reportedly operating this illegal rental scheme for an extended period. Acting on complaints and intelligence, BSL officials conducted an inspection, revealing the large-scale unauthorized leasing of company quarters.
BSL’s Security Officer at Nagar Sewa Bhawan, Rajendra Singh Shekhawat, has issued a stern warning regarding the matter. He has instructed all individuals who have taken BSL quarters on rent from Ashok Kumar Mishra to immediately stop paying rent and vacate the premises at the earliest.
“If the occupants do not vacate the premises voluntarily, their belongings will be removed, and the quarters will be locked,” stated Shekhawat. The BSL administration is expected to take strict legal action against those involved in the fraudulent renting of company quarters.
